The Problem

In a world of constant change, with NIL and Transfer Portal movement, recruits are either overlooked, unseen, or completely confused and overwhelmed with the lack of true information.
UNTIL NOW …
Recruits and parents don’t know where to start. They need a clear path for researching schools, evaluating programs, and building a target list.
Recruits and parents don’t know the recruit’s realistic playing level. They struggle to understand how the recruit’s abilities and measurables align with different levels of college football.
Recruits and parents overlook programs that could be excellent fits. They often focus on familiar schools without knowing the full range of opportunities.
Recruits and parents face scattered information. Important details are spread across websites, rosters, statistics, recruiting services, and social media.
Recruits and parents struggle to compare programs consistently. Schools present information in different formats.
Recruits and parents don’t fully understand football fit. They have difficulty identifying which schemes, positional roles, and tendencies of play.
Recruits and parents struggle to evaluate playing opportunities. Depth charts, returning players, incoming recruits, and roster needs can be difficult to assess.
Recruits and parents have limited visibility into coaching and player development. They struggle to evaluate coaching stability, positional development, and player progression.
Recruits and parents struggle to keep up with changes. Coaching moves, roster turnover, and changing recruiting needs can affect a program’s fit.
Recruits and parents lack confidence in their final decision. They worry about missed opportunities, unanswered questions, and whether they chose the right program.
Built From Experience

CHARLIE'S JOURNEY - BUILDING A BETTER WAY
After leading the LSU tigers to the 2009 National Championship, Coach Red Grewe left the coaching staff and launched a company that built the first version of RecruitsIQ. His oldest son, Charlie, relaunched the platform after he was forced to navigate the college recruiting process by himself. As a high school senior, Charlie's coaches limited his exposure and opportunities. He was not going to let that decide his fate. He had the measurables (6'5" 2-sport athlete with a 37-inch vertical who can run a 4.68 40 yrd dash. He knew he has the athletic ability. Just not the exposure. He conducted Sunday workout videos to showcase his skill and ability as a TE. And he had to build his own recruiting platform. Luckily, working with his dad, who spent 12 years recruiting and coaching at the D1 level, they built a mini version of this platform.
In the end, on a team that was only 2 games away from winning a state championship, Charlie was the only graduating player that earned a D1 football scholarship. Perfectly aligned with both his school demographic goals and his coaching staff profile goals, he signed in the early period (December) with Southeastern Louisiana University – an historical top 25 FCS program. A kid from South Bend, IN, that got slighted in playing opportunities, found a perfect fit in a program 933 miles away in Hammond, America! Mission accomplished. He earned the opportunity to go develop and pursue his passion for the game. The journey inspired him to build this business and launch the new and improved RecruitsIQ.
The process Charlie followed is now the new and powerful RecruitsIQ
Stop Guessing. Start Recruiting With a Plan.
RecruitsIQ is built out of demand for a better way. It's built by a National Champion D1 coach and his son, a current D1 football player.
For the Athlete's Dream. For the Parents' Peace of Mind.

For The Athlete:Find Your Opportunity. Live Out Your Dreams.
For the athlete who doesn't know where to start – Explore programs beyond the obvious choices and develop a more focused list of schools to investigate.
For the athlete who is being overlooked – Use your athletic profile and program information to identify additional schools' worth researching rather than relying exclusively on rankings or existing attention.
“You don't have to be the most highly ranked player to find a college that's right for you. Discover programs that fit your abilities, explore your options, and take the next step in your recruiting journey.”
For The Parents:Make Informed Decisions. Save Money.
For the family trying to make the right decision – Bring research into one place so you can have better-informed conversations about academics, affordability, fit, and future opportunities.
It's common to think:
- •What schools could realistically recruit my son?
- •How do I know which programs are right for him?
- •Will he have a legitimate chance to play?
- •Are we overlooking schools because we don't know enough about them?
- •How do we get him in front of the right coaches?
- •How can we avoid making an expensive college decision that turns out to be wrong?
“Help your son look beyond rankings and big-name programs. Compare colleges, understand the opportunities, and make decisions based on meaningful information—not guesswork.”

What isRecruitsIQ
?
WE ARE NOT
- We are NOT a 'UN-KEPT PROMISE' recruiting service that sends mass emails to coaches.
- We are NOT a college placement service for athletes that promises you will get a college scholarship.
- We are NOT a recruit ranking platform like Rivals or 247sport.
- We are NOT a showcase company that evaluates players and gives stars.
If Google, Netflix, Spotify, ChatGPT and college athletics were forged in a petri dish … its name would be RecruitsIQ.
WE ARE
WE ARE a college sports aggregator … a centralized technology system that collects, cleans, stores, and analyzes school and sport data, from multiple sources, to simplify and expose the 'RIGHT FIT' opportunities for aspiring college athletes.
WE ARE just the most advanced collection of school and program data that evaluates and ranks college athletic programs according to what matters to recruits and families. You insert your measurables. You rank what is important to you. You unveil your FitFACTOR score for every program in the country. It's all about YOU.
Data doesn't lie. We rank everything. So, you know the truth and can find the best fit options for you. Even the 3- and 4-star recruits need to know how programs operate and if it matches their needs and wants. We know this as truth. Our founder, Coach Red Grewe, recruiting the nation's top ranked recruiting classes, was a D1 head coach, and won a D1 baseball national championship in Omaha for the LSU Tigers.
How We Do It

The Power of FitFACTOR
Not just where you can play. Where you may fit best.
Your athletic profile is only one part of the equation. Your preferred scheme, position competition, academic interests, school environment, and development priorities also matter.
Our proprietary algorithm crunches data to expose both current and historical success levels of college programs. It then uses another proprietary algorithm to match the player's talent (measurables) with programs that are deemed a 'good' fit. For example, a player with D3 measurables doesn't match a D1 power 4 program. Below are many (not all) of the critical elements of RecruitsIQ – Football. On top of that, we use a massive amount of data to rank all football programs based on a multitude of categories – beyond just wins and losses.
Listed below are several of the main topics we used to evaluate programs, coaches, and schools:
Academic quality and availability of the desired major-Admission requirements and academic fit-Graduation rates and academic support-Total cost without scholarships and financial aid-Scholarship terms, renewal conditions, and offer certainty-Campus environment, housing, location, and distance from home-Head coach quality, experience, and stability-Offensive and defensive coordinator quality and stability-Position coach quality and player-development record-Offensive scheme and fit with the player's skills-Defensive scheme and fit with the player's skills-Position responsibilities, formations, and personnel usage-Run/pass balance and offensive tempo-Depth chart and competition at the player's position-Returning starters and remaining eligibility-Incoming recruits and transfers at the same position-Realistic opportunity for playing time-Player rotation and distribution of snaps-Special teams opportunities-Offensive efficiency and scoring production-Defensive efficiency and scoring prevention-EPA, success rate, and explosive-play performance-Third-down, fourth-down, and red-zone performance-Offensive line play and pass protection-Defensive pressure, run defense, coverage, and tackling-Turnovers, penalties, and discipline-Special teams performance-Strength of schedule and conference competition-Current winning percentage and recent performance trend-Winning percentage over the last five and ten years-Conference championships, postseason appearances, and national championships-Player retention and reasons players transfer-Development of players with similar skills and backgrounds-Professional football placement and preparation for careers outside football-Strength and conditioning, nutrition, and recovery support-Injury management and rehabilitation-Facilities, equipment, and access to training resources-Travel schedule and school–football balance-Fan support, attendance, and program resources
The college recruiting landscape can be confusing. There are hundreds of programs to explore, countless factors to consider, and no single path that works for every athlete.
RecruitsIQ brings the information and tools together to help identify programs worth pursuing, understand options, and approach recruiting with a clearer plan.
STEP 01
Build Your Athlete Profile
It starts with you. Every athlete has a different combination of abilities, experience, academic goals, and ambitions. Start by building a profile that helps RecruitsIQ understand who you are and what you're looking for.
“You don't have to be a five-star recruit to have college opportunities worth exploring.”
STEP 02
Discover Your Fit
Find schools worth exploring. Stop relying solely on rankings, reputation, or the colleges you already know. Explore programs that align with your profile and goals and discover possibilities you may have overlooked.
“The right opportunity might be at a school you haven't considered yet.”
STEP 03
Understand the Opportunity
Look beyond the logo. Explore the details that help you compare college programs, from academics and costs to coaching, roster composition, and other available program information.
“A big-name school isn't automatically the best school for you.”
STEP 04
Take Control of Your Recruiting
Turn information into action. Build your target-school list, organize your research, prepare your messages, and take purposeful steps to connect with college coaches.
“Knowing which schools to pursue is only the beginning. Now it's time to take action.”
The CCS - Coach Communication System

It's one thing to have a list of schools to contact. It's another thing to be able to do it right from our platform with the ability to share the key information that college coaches want. We built a recruit CRM platform to directly communicate with college coaches' / recruiting personnel: It includes Hudl highlights uploaded, pre-written emails, and communication guidance for what college coaches want.
The Search
BEFORE AN OFFER For most high school athletes, playing at the college level is a dream and goal. Only the serious and highly talented athlete is awarded the opportunity. The numbers show less than 10% of all high school football players will play at some level. Yet choosing the right school is still important to everyone. Our platform has a specialized search and filter section where both parents and students can perform a deep dive into rankings and information. No more 'googling' and individually going to 30 different college websites to find the information. It's all in one place … HERE!
